Braves' Marcell Ozuna arrested, charged with DUI

ATLANTA, Ga. (CBS46) - An Atlanta Braves player has been captured for driving impaired.

The 31-year-old was set up for the Gwinnett County Jail at 4:39 a.m. Friday morning.

MLB doesn't have a formal DUI suspension strategy.

Toronto Blue Jays pitching mentor Pete Walker was captured for DUI in spring preparing and was not suspended by MLB.
